From whole watermelon to smoothie alkaline heaven!
Decided to cut up one of my 20 pounders this evening and make a smoothie!
1/2 watermelon (my blender was about half full of melon chunks) + leftover rhind juice
1/4 c frozen blueberries (depending on how berry you like your drink)
3 sm basil leaves ( i ⌘ fresh basil in smoothies)
//blend ⏏ & enjoy the smooth alkalinity!
